How does booking work?

Choose where you're headed and tap Ping hosts. Nearby hosts get your request, and the first to accept gets the booking. You'll see their address straight away.

How do I pay?

You pay the host in person when you arrive, at the price shown when they accepted. Nothing is charged through the app.

How do I cancel?

Open the booking and tap Cancel booking. As nothing is charged through the app, there's nothing to refund.

How do I list my driveway?

Open the My driveway tab, drag the map so the pin sits on your driveway, add your street address and price, and save. Flip the switch whenever your spot is free. Drivers only see an approximate position until you accept them.

Something went wrong at a booking

If a host or driver didn't do what they said, email us with the date, the suburb and what happened. We can remove people who don't play fair.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account and tap Delete account (you'll be asked to sign in once more to confirm), or Delete my data if you never signed in. See our privacy policy for exactly what is removed.
